Field service management, from the call to the signature

Assign the technician, propose the date, the customer confirms with one tap. The technician closes the job from the phone with the customer’s signature.

Organising a job usually means three phone calls: one to understand the problem, one to find a free technician, one to agree the day with the customer. With 2assist every step is one tap: the ticket arrives with machine and photo, you choose technician and date, the customer confirms from the email and the technician closes the job from the phone.

Choose the technician

From the ticket you assign the job to one of your technicians. Each has their own login and sees only the jobs you gave them, with the site address and the machine’s location.

Propose date and time

You set an indicative day and time. The customer receives the email with the proposal: confirms with one tap or asks for another time, and you see the answer straight away.

The technician on site

On the phone the technician opens the job, sees the description and photo of the fault and the machine’s history. So they arrive knowing what to expect and what to bring.

Closing with the signature

When the work is done the technician writes what was done and has the customer sign on the screen. If the customer isn’t there, they close it stating the reason: the missing signature stays on record.

Maintenance on the same visit

Maintenance tasks coming due (filter changes, sanitisation, servicing) become jobs like any other. The technician ticks those done and the next due date starts again from that day.

Everything stays in the history

Date, technician, notes and signature stay in the machine’s record. If the customer asks when the last visit was, the answer is there.

Frequently asked questions

How many technicians can I add?

As many as you like: every technician logs in for free from the phone and sees only their own jobs.

What if the customer doesn’t answer the proposed date?

The ticket stays “scheduled” until the customer confirms: you see it in the list and can propose another date.

Can the technician work without a computer?

Yes: everything needed on site, from the machine’s record to the signature, is done in the phone’s browser.

Can I move a job that is already confirmed?

Yes: propose a new date and the customer receives it by email like the first time.
